View all FAQsBring valid identification and a valid driver’s license legally authorizing you to operate the rented motorcycle in the Philippines. Student permits are prohibited. Foreign renters must provide any applicable IDP, translation or other required licensing documentation; KJM reviews eligibility manually.
The Terms and Conditions specify a refundable ₱2,500 security deposit, or another amount stated in your booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The configured cash deposit is separate from rental payment. Deductions require a reasonable basis and communication; refund timing follows the agreed period. Verification of an ID does not authorize retention of the original document.
Model availability is checked against physical motorcycle units for the entire rental period before you submit. Eligible reservations confirm after required uploads and backend validation; KJM manually reviews identity and driving documents before pickup. International bookings retain manual approval. Public booking remains restricted during launch preparations.
