Model availability is checked against physical motorcycle units for the entire rental period before you submit. Eligible reservations confirm after required uploads and backend validation; KJM manually reviews identity and driving documents before pickup. International bookings retain manual approval. Public booking remains restricted during launch preparations.

Communicate cancellation or rescheduling requests as early as possible. Fees, reservation-payment refunds and no-show conditions follow the policy disclosed at booking. Changes require availability and approval. Early return does not automatically qualify for a refund; any exception requires written approval.

Request extensions at least two hours before your scheduled return. Short extensions up to two hours require prior approval and availability, with the period, charges and payment terms confirmed in writing. A 15-minute return grace period applies; any late fees must be disclosed before rental and must not double-charge the same delay. Monthly extensions follow separate agreed terms.

The Terms and Conditions specify a refundable ₱2,500 security deposit, or another amount stated in your booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The configured cash deposit is separate from rental payment. Deductions require a reasonable basis and communication; refund timing follows the agreed period. Verification of an ID does not authorize retention of the original document.

Bring valid identification and a valid driver’s license legally authorizing you to operate the rented motorcycle in the Philippines. Student permits are prohibited. Foreign renters must provide any applicable IDP, translation or other required licensing documentation; KJM reviews eligibility manually.

Equipment and services follow your confirmed agreement. Insurance varies by motorcycle; CTPL does not automatically provide comprehensive protection. Delivery and pickup depend on location and availability, with any fees confirmed beforehand. Return the motorcycle with the fuel level recorded at pickup and all supplied accessories.

Unlimited kilometers apply within the approved rental area. Travel outside Cebu Province and any ferry or RoRo transportation require prior written KJM approval. Approval depends on the motorcycle, insurance and transport requirements; do not assume coverage applies outside the approved area.

Only an approved, legally qualified driver may ride. Unauthorized lending, subleasing or modifications, racing, stunts, reckless or impaired riding, illegal activity, unauthorized off-road use, ride-hailing and commercial delivery are prohibited. See the full agreement for all restrictions.
