THE RENTAL JOURNEY
From your first browse to your final return, know what comes next.
01 / CHOOSE YOUR RIDE
Explore the published collection and compare models and daily rental prices.
02 / MAKE IT YOURS
Select pickup and return dates and times. Availability is checked against physical units. Add any available extras you need and review the rental price.
03 / A LITTLE PREPARATION
Provide your customer information, government ID or passport, and driver’s license. Student permits are prohibited. International renters must provide any applicable additional licensing documents for mandatory manual review.
04 / SEND IT FOR REVIEW
Read the complete Terms and Conditions, accept them, review your details and submit a request. A booking reference alone does not guarantee confirmation; wait for the backend result.
05 / WAIT FOR THE GREEN LIGHT
Eligible reservations confirm after required uploads, booking information and inventory are validated. KJM must review your documents and driving eligibility before pickup. International bookings retain manual approval.
06 / YOUR ISLAND CHAPTER
Once confirmed, follow the agreed collection arrangements and complete the handover with KJM. Complete the agreed rental payment and security deposit. Check and document the motorcycle’s condition, fuel, mileage and accessories before setting off.
07 / FINISH ON A GOOD NOTE
Follow the agreed return arrangements. Return the recorded fuel level and all supplied accessories. KJM records the return and checks the motorcycle before completing the rental.
BEFORE YOU REQUEST
Read the complete Terms and Conditions before requesting a ride. Student permits are prohibited. Travel outside Cebu Province and ferry or RoRo transport require prior written approval.
Eligible reservations confirm after required uploads and backend checks. Identification and driving documents still require staff approval before pickup; international bookings retain manual booking approval.
A government ID or passport and driver’s license are required. Documents are reviewed manually; uploading them does not mean approval.
Foreign renters must provide any applicable IDP, translation or other required licensing documentation. KJM manually reviews eligibility before approval.
